Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendments. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendments? Effective Date YEAS: 18 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Green, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Absent: Adams, Halford and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendments, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 334(FIN) am H An Act relating to guidelines and standards for state training programs; relating to the Alaska Human Resource Investment Council; extending the termination date of the state training and employment program; and providing for an effective date. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
